The wait to check in was about a half hour largely due to an understaffed desk (4 clerks) that was catering to 'Black Card' holders. its a big place and finding your way around is not initially intuitive.
It was our first time and it was a challenge finding the front desk. We visited on the Sunday of the MLK (2019) weekend.
